PURPOSE: A hall device control circuit is provided to simplify the input-output wiring of a camera module by supplying a constant voltage to an input device of a high-side input terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A first terminal(T1a) supplies a bias voltage to the high-side input terminal of a hall device(14). A second terminal(T2b) supplies a ground potential to the low potential input terminal of the hall device. A source terminal of a transistor is connected to the current potential. A drain terminal is connected to the first terminal. An operational amplifier(OP2) differentially amplifies the voltage of the first terminal and controls the gate voltage of the transistor. A wiring material is composed of a wiring transferring the bias voltage from the hall device control circuit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
