PURPOSE: A producing method of lubricating base oil using decompress-distilled and deasphalted oil is provided to obtain the high viscosity lubricating base oil with the high yield. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of lubricating base oil using decompress-distilled and deasphalted oil comprises the following steps: supplying decompress residual oil(VR) or a mixture of atmospheric residual oil(AR) and the decompress residual oil to a solvent de-asphalting device to obtain deasphalted oil(SDA); decompress-distilling the deasphalted oil(DAO) to obtain light deasphalted oil(Lt-DAO) and heavy deasphalted oil(H-DAO); hydrogenating the heavy deasphalted oil under the presence of a hydrogenating catalyst; dewaxing the hydrogenated oil under the presence of a dewaxing catalyst; and hydrogenate-finishing the dewaxed oil.
