PURPOSE: An LED lighting device for a sidewalk and a street light equipped with a reflective board are provided to offer illumination which is necessary by individually replacing an LED which is fixed on the reflective board. CONSTITUTION: A reflective board(101) has a fixed thickness and is formed into a plane of rectangular. The reflective board reflects by adsorbing a hole and nickel. An LED lamp is manufactured into a board-shape of rectangular having the fixed thickness. The LED lamp is fixed to a plurality of holes(102) having a fixed angular on the reflective board. A plurality of holes has the fixed angular in order to secure fixed diffusivity of a light source.
