PURPOSE: A micro-pattern carving apparatus and method are provided to be used for caving various thin film printing materials by executing the patterning of a width direction and a longitudinal direction and the patterning of various shapes.;CONSTITUTION: An embossment roll(110) carves an engraving pattern in the surface of a printed circuit board material(120). A platen roll(130) is included in a location which is faced to the embossment roll and transfers the printed circuit board material. The printed circuit board material carves an engraving micro-pattern by pressure which is generated between the embossment roll and the platen roll. The printed circuit board material is polymer or an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) coated film. A platen roll presser part(140) sanctions constant pressure which is fixed in advance to the embossment roll.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
