PURPOSE: Device and method of controlling the working trance of a construction machine using database are provided to automatically perform work with the most proper working trace when work is automatically selected.;CONSTITUTION: A device(100) of controlling the working trance of a construction machine using database comprises an operating unit(110), a driving controlling unit(120), a gravity compensating unit(130), a driving unit(140), and a data storage unit(150). The operating unit outputs information on whether to automatically select works and the position information of a working device when automatic work starts to the driving controlling unit, depending on the operation of a worker.
