PURPOSE: A restraining frame for gnotobiotic pigs is provided to hold the gnotobiotic pigs not to move and to minimize the leg movement of the gnotobiotic pigs. CONSTITUTION: A restraining frame for gnotobiotic pigs includes: a fixed beam(10) which includes a plurality of inserting holes(11) fixed by the self weight of the pig after the legs of the pig is inserted into the holes; and a frame part(20) which is raised in the air after both end parts of the fixed beams are fixed. The frame part includes: a pair of cross bars(21) into which both ends of the fixed beam are inserted; a support stand(22) which is downwardly formed at each end of the cross bars; and a supporting board(23) which is placed on the floor surface after connecting each end of the supporting stand.
