PURPOSE: A cable tray and its manufacturing methods are provided to reduce the number of worker and required component, since there is no need additional combination member and method. CONSTITUTION: In a cable tray and its manufacturing methods, a side rail(10) is comprised of a vertical unit having a pilot hole(11a), an upper blade on the vertical unit, and a lower blade. A bar has a short blade on a concave cross section in horizontal direction. The bar has cable tie coupling holes on the both sides and the coupling holes are used for installing the cable. The bar is adjacent between a pair of low blades and is formed together with the vertical unit.
