A manufacturing method of carbon nano-structure-metal complex is provided to disperse uniformly metal particles in a carbon nano-structure, to have regular size of the metal particle and to be spherically combined. A manufacturing method of carbon nano-structure-metal complex comprises steps of: dispersing a carbon nano-structure into a reduction solvent and manufacturing a dispersed solution; manufacturing a mixed solution of a metal precursor and the dispersed solution; and heat-treating the mixed solution and reducing the metal precursor. The reduction solvent is selected from a group consisting of polyhydric alcohol, glycol ethers and a mixture thereof.
