PURPOSE: A stage of a prefabricated play board for children and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be harmless to the human body and to improve durability and rigidity. CONSTITUTION: A stage of a prefabricated play board for children comprises: a box-shaped body(10) in which a sealed type receiving unit is formed; a reinforcing support(20) which is formed in the sealed type receiving unit and in which a plurality of injection holes are formed in the bottom of a filling space; and a blowing agent(30) which is injected through the injection holes and is filled into the filling space.
