PURPOSE: A device and method for disassembling a sleeve of a rolling roll are provided to enable a user to conveniently replace a sleeve in spite of rust between an arbor and a sleeve.;CONSTITUTION: A device for disassembling a sleeve of a rolling roll comprises a fixture(110), a cradle(120), a driving member(130), a first vibrator(140) and a second vibrator(150). One end of a rolling roll(10) is inserted to fix the fixture. The cradle is installed in the fixture by sliding. The driving member is installed in the fixture in order to transfer the cradle. The first vibrator is installed in the cradle in order to add the vibration to a sleeve(12) of the rolling roll.
