PURPOSE: A producing method of tteokgalbi(grilled-ground meat) containing lactobacillus, and the tteokgalbi are provided to secure the growth of the lactobacillus after heating. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tteokgalbi containing lactobacillus comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of meat by weight, 25-30 parts of seasonings by weight, and 0.002-0.003 parts of lactobacillus by weight to obtain compound meat; low-temperature aging and molding the compound meat; and heating the molded compound meat at 200-210 deg C using an oven for 2 minutes 10 seconds-2 minutes 20 seconds.
