PURPOSE: A repetition learning providing method, apparatus, and learner terminal therefor are provided to offer wrong answer notes according to a grading result by periodically transmitting repetition learning content.;CONSTITUTION: A learning question providing unit(210) transmits learning question data to a leaner terminal. A grading unit(220) creates grading result data. The grading result data is acquired by receiving answer data corresponding to the learning question data. A repetition learning providing unit(230) repeatedly transmits the repetition learning content based on the grading result data to the learner terminal.
