PURPOSE: A drying and foaming device using microwaves is provided to enhance the formability of a target by flattening the top of the target by installing a roller or a blocking plate in a chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A drying and foaming device using microwaves comprises a chamber(20), a transfer unit(30), a foaming restricting device(40), a microwave generating unit(50), a fan-type dispersing device(60), and an electromagnetic-wave leakage preventing device(70). A target(10) goes in or out through an inlet hole(22) and outlet hole(24) of the chamber. The transfer unit transfers a target to the inlet and outlet holes of the chamber. The lower end of the foaming restricting device is located at the foaming restricting height of the target.
