PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented grains containing living effective fermentative bacteria, and the fermented grains are provided to secure the quality of the grains after a fermentation process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented grains containing living effective fermentative bacteria comprises the following steps: producing the effective fermentative bacteria formed with lactobacillus and yeast; mixing 14-18vol% of moisture, 1-2wt% of solution of the effective fermentative bacteria, and 1-3wt% of natural food preservative into grains; and fermenting the mixture for 3-7 days at 30-40 deg C. The grains are selected from white rice, glutinous barley, glutinous rice, glutinous brown rice, glutinous black, rice, corn, adlay, buckwheat, black bean, adzuki bean, millet, or other grains.
