Fermented miscellaneous cereals containing effective microorganisms and its preparation method are provided to enable consumers to allow the effective microorganisms to survive even after boiling the fermented miscellaneous rice. A preparation method of fermented miscellaneous cereals containing effective microorganisms comprises the steps of: (a) making a culture solution with effective microorganisms including Lactobacillus casei or Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtilis, and Streptomyces griseus; and (b) adding the culture solution to miscellaneous cereals, and then fermenting them at 20~40°C for 3~14day. The miscellaneous cereals are composed of two kinds selected from the group consisting of glutinous rice, glutinous brown rice, glutinous black rice, glutinous Italian millet, millet, glutinous Indian millet, barley, glutinous barley, mung beans, red beans, white beans, black beans of which the flesh is green, black beans, yellow beans, sesame seeds, perilla seeds, black sesame seeds, and Rhynchosia Nulubilis.
