PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a capillary for a copper wire bonding and the capillary for the copper wire bonding manufactured by the same are provided to increase coherence between alumina particles by applying nickel oxide to alumina. CONSTITUTION: NiAl2O4 power is made by heating the mixture of Al2O3 and NiO(S10). A capillary molding element is made by pressing and molding the NiAl2O4 power(S20). A capillary sinter is made by applying heat to the capillary molding element(S30). The capillary sinter is processed to have a capillary function for bonding a wire after a thermal process(S50). A tip surface of the capillary is thermally processed to form an embossing type uneven unit(S60).
