PURPOSE: A static word arrangement method and a mechanical translation device using the same are provided to supply the word arrangement result of high quality by rearranging a word. CONSTITUTION: A word arranging unit(110) arranges a countable source/target word. The word arranging unit stores a source sentence and a target sentence. A part-of-speech arrangement pattern extracting unit(120) extracts a part-of-speech arrangement pattern from the word arranging unit by applying part-of-speech information of a word.
