PURPOSE: A non-allergic electroformed product manufacturing method using ternary alloy is provided to minimize crack, scratch, and stain by implementing press cutting after the completion of post plating.;CONSTITUTION: A non-allergic electroformed product manufacturing method using ternary alloy is as follows. Ternary alloy(TrMP) is electrodeposited on a mold(M) first and binary alloy(TMP) or single metal(OP) is electrodeposited on the ternary alloy secondly so that a non-allergic product(EP) is formed(S100). The non-allergic product is separated from the mold(S200). The separated non-allergic product is processed with chrome plating(S300). The completed non-allergic product is cut by a press and inspected, and a completed product is discharged(S400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
