PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aliphatic alkyl ester is provided to manufacture aliphatic alkylester with high yield by high reactive activity, though oil with the acidity of 2-200 and high contents of free fatty acid, fatty, or a mixture thereof are used as raw material.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aliphatic alkyl ester comprises: a first step of obtaining crude fatty acid alkylester through the esterification and the trans-esterification of fatty with the acidity of 2-200, oil or mixture thereof, which contains free fatty acid under the condition of C1-5 lower alcohol and no catalyst at 150-250 °C and 5-100 atmosphere; and a second step collecting the crude fatty acid alkylester, and conducting esterification and trans-esterification under the presence of one or more catalyst of MgO and Mg(OH)2 at 150-250 °C and 5-100 atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
