PURPOSE: A supporting structure for preventing the deformation of a hot rolled coil and an insertion device for the same are provided to prevent a hot rolled coil deformed before cooled enough by employing a method for inserting a supporting structure into the hot rolled coil.;CONSTITUTION: A supporting structure for preventing the deformation of a hot rolled coil comprises a contact supporting part, a screw shaft, and a link part. The contact supporting part is assembled out of arc-shaped sectional members and inserted into a hot rolled coil in order to contact and support the interior surface of the hot rolled coil(C). The screw shaft is arranged lengthwise along the internal center of the contact supporting part and manipulated by rotation. The link part is arranged by being connected between the contact supporting part and the screw shaft in order to extend or reduce the diameter of the contact supporting part according to the rotating direction of the screw shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
