TORSION BAR BUSH UNIT OF AN AUTOMOTIVE SUSPENSION DEVICE PREVENTING THE UP DOWN MOVEMENT OF A TORSION BAR

PURPOSE: A torsion bar bush unit of an automotive suspension device is provided to improve the durability and NVH(Noise, vibration, and harshness) performance of the whole suspension by preventing the left-to-right movement of a bush due to the top-to-bottom and back-and-forth motions of a torsion bar.;CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar bush unit of an automotive suspension device comprises a bush body(31) and depression parts(51,52,53,54). The bush body includes an insertion hole(33) for inserting a torsion bar(15) and is installed with the bottom thereof connected to both ends of a torsion beam(11). The depression parts are formed in the top, bottom, front, and back of the bush body based on the insertion hole. The depression part, formed on the top of the bush body, include an opening(51a) connected to the insertion hole. The depression part formed on the bottom, front, and back of the bush body, include grooves(52a,53a,54a) formed on the outer circumference thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
