PURPOSE: A clamping apparatus for the boom welding of a construction machinery is provided to automate the welding operation of a boom and to be installed to an existing welding machinery without the restriction of a space.;CONSTITUTION: A clamping apparatus for the boom welding of a construction machinery is composed of a supporting stand(10), a covering part(20), a rotating shaft(30), a hydraulic cylinder(40), a connecting arm(50), and a clamp(60). The supporting stand is fixed to the bottom(100) of a working place. The covering part is fixed to one side of the supporting stand and includes a guiding pin(22). The rotating shaft passes through the upper part of the covering part, and the guiding pin is inserted into the rotating shaft. The rod of the hydraulic cylinder is in connection with the lower side of the rotating shaft, and the body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the lower external side of the covering part. One end of the connecting arm is integrated to the upper side of the rotating shaft. The clamp supports the horizontal plate(210) of a boom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
