PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a motor having the same are provided to improve performances and stability of a hydrodynamic bearing assembly and to endure against a high speed rotation of a motor and external shock.;CONSTITUTION: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly(100) comprises a sleeve(120), a thrust plate(130), and a bonding part(150). The sleeve supports a shaft(110). The thrust plate is joined to the shaft, thereby simultaneously rotating with the shaft and generating thrust dynamic pressure. The bonding part has a melting point lower that the meting points of the shaft and thrust plate. The bonding part joins the shaft and thrust plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
