OUTSIDE HANDLE OF A SLIDING DOOR LOADED VEHICLE, WHICH HANDLE GRIP INSTALLED IN A BASE PLATE BY ONE-TOUCH

PURPOSE: An outside handle of a sliding door loaded vehicle improves the assembly performance and marketability of components of a vehicle through inserting a holder formed in both ends of a bidirectional operation outside handle at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: An outside handle of a sliding door loaded vehicle comprises a base plate(10), a lever(30), a handle grip(20), and a return spring(32). The base plate is installed in the exterior panel of a vehicle body. The lever is installed in the lower part of the base plate for rotating the middle part of the base plate based on a first shaft and a second hinge shaft(31a, 31b). A first holder and second holder(21a, 21b) are installed in the back of the handle grip to be projected to the inner side of the vehicle body. Folded parts(22) are installed in the end part of the first holder and second holder of the handle grip to be projected to be opposite each other. The return spring is respectively inserted and installed in the first and the second hinge shaft. The return spring reinstates the rotation and axial movement of the lever.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
