PURPOSE: An outside handle assembly device for a vehicle is provided to insert an operation lever of a handle grip to a handle base without the interference with a balance weight through keeping the balance weigh opened by the locking of an initial setting lever.;CONSTITUTION: An outside handle assembly device for a vehicle comprises a handle grip(10), a handle base, an initial setting lever(40), and a balance weight(30). The handle grip comprises a rotary shape part and a operation lever(14). The rotary shape part is formed in the inner side of the handle grip and the operation lever is installed in the other side of the handle grip. The handle base is located in the inner part of a door panel and assembled to be able to pull the handle grip. The initial setting lever is installed in one side of a handle lever.
