PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a handle grip so as to enable a driver and the like to feel more comfortable.SOLUTION: A handle grip 100 is equipped with a heating body 102; a first temperature sensor 111 which detects the temperature of the handle grip 100; and a second temperature sensor 112 which detects outside air temperature. The control portion controls so as to make the heating body perform heating on temperature detected by the first temperature sensor with a contribution ratio higher than temperature detected by the second temperature sensor, according to detection temperature detected by the first and second temperature sensors 111 and 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
