PURPOSE: A producing method of collagen rod shaped rice cake using the pork skin is provided to improve the palatability of collagen for users to easily intake the collagen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of collagen rod shaped rice cake comprises the following steps: removing non-edible portions from the pork skin, and washing the obtained skin with flowing water; inserting the pork skin into water with garlic and ginger for boiling; hot-air drying the pork skin on a drying tray, and cutting the pork skin into 0.5-3cm; firstly crushing the dried pork skin; secondly crushing the pork skin into 50-200 meshes; adding thickening agent to the pork skin to obtain a gel form product, and cutting the product to obtain a pork skin filling material; crushing the pork skin filling material, and mixing with rice powder or flour; and kneading and steaming the mixture.
