PURPOSE: A device for guiding risk area of working vehicle is provided to prevent approaches of pedestrians and vehicles by indicating a safety distance by comprising laser devices to indicate a distance in the lateral side and rear side of vehicles such as an excavator. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding risk area of working vehicle comprises a plurality of laser devices and a controller. The laser device comprising a laser diode projecting laser beams is provided in the lateral and rear sides of a work vehicle(1). The controller comprises a control unit and a laser driving unit. The control unit controls the laser device to project the laser beams for indicating a work area(100). The laser driving unit drives the laser diode under the control of the controller.
