PURPOSE: A method for compensating a chromatic aberration, a method and device for measuring a 3D shape using the same are provided to eliminate a shadow area by forming a first lighting unit and second lighting unit on locations facing each other.;CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating a chromatic aberration is as follows. A change amount of a phase reference of red lights, a change amount of a phase reference of green lights, and a change amount of a phase reference of blue lights are obtained(S101). An average intensity of the red lights, an average intensity of the green lights, and an average intensity of the blue lights are obtained(S102).
