PURPOSE: A drawn wire rod having superior magnetic property and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by excluding expensive alloy elements. CONSTITUTION: A drawn wire rod having superior magnetic property includes a Goss structure comprising C of 0.03-0.05%,Si of 3.0-5.0%, Mn of 0.1-2.0%, Al of 0.02-0.08%, N of 0.0015-0.0030%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount. The saturation magnetic flux density of the drawn wire rod is 250emu or greater.
