PURPOSE: Health supplementary food containing polygonum multiflorum, black sesame seeds, jujube, and black soybeans is provided to improve the regularity of intestinal functions of users. CONSTITUTION: Health supplementary food containing polygonum multiflorum, black sesame seeds, jujube, and black soybeans is obtained by the following steps: washing the black sesame seeds before steaming and drying for 9 times, and crushing; steaming and drying the polygonum multiflorum for 9 times, and crushing; steaming the jujube before removing the seeds; cooking hard-boiled rice using brown rice, and cooling in the shade; mixing malt with water, and filtering residues to obtain malt water; mixing the jujube, the hard-boiled brown rice, and the malt water, and fermenting the mixture at 70-80 deg C for 3 days; filtering the fermented mixture, and concentrating into a syrup form; adding the black sesame seed powder and the polygonum multiflorum powder; and mixing and cutting the mixture to obtain pills.
