PURPOSE: An integrated thin film photovoltaic module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of a module by serially connecting unit cells in a photovoltaic module through a point contact.;CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A first separation groove passes through the first electrode while being formed along a first line. A photoelectric transformation layer(300) is formed on the first separation groove and the first electrode. A transparent electrode layer is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer. A plurality of second separation grooves passes through the photoelectric transformation layer and the transparent electrode layer.
