PURPOSE: A network based apparatus control and management method is provided to enable a user to operate network based apparatuses in a low process performance by simplifying a protocol structure.;CONSTITUTION: A manager models EE(Excellent Education) platforms and a plurality of agents to an MIB(Management Information Base)(S610). The manager transmits a message for establishing remote control, monitoring, or operation to one of the agents.
