PURPOSE: A device for controlling the starting of vehicles is provided to improve scalability and packaging by effectively applying a micro computer inside a start assisting unit.;CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the starting of vehicles comprises a power supply unit(110), a start assisting unit(130), and a starter. The power supply unit placed in the vehicles supplies power to first starting voltage. The start assisting unit is operated by being supplied with the first starting voltage from the power supply unit. If the temperature around the vehicles is below standard temperature, the start assisting unit checks the first starting voltage, and outputs second starting voltage different from the first starting voltage comparing the first starting voltage with standard starting voltage. The starter is operated by being supplied with the first starting voltage or the second starting voltage from the power supply unit or the start assisting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
