PURPOSE: A cold and hot water dispenser is provided to prevent water from leaking by improving an air flow structure, which maintains the internal pressure of a mineral water bottle.;CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot water dispenser(A) comprises a body, a settling unit(200), a finish cap(300) and a water storage part(400). The settling unit is installed in an upper part of the body, and connected to a mineral water bottle. Air inflow grooves are continuously formed along an inner circumference of the settling unit. A through hole is formed in a lower part of the settling unit connected to the water storage part. An inward flange is formed in the lower part of the settling unit. An outward flange corresponding to the inward flange is formed in the finish cap.
