NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUG PATCH HAVING IMPROVED PENETRATION RATE THEREOF BY CONCENTRATION GRADIENT IN MATRIX

PURPOSE: A patch composition for improving skin permeability of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is provided to remarkably improve skin permeability of the drug. CONSTITUTION: A patch composition of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID) with improved skin permeability contains: a support(1) containing 120 wt% of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, 0.1-10 wt% of dissolution agent, 0.1-5 wt% of dissolution aids, 0.1-20 wt% of absorbefacients, and 40-80 wt% of adhesive polymers for supporting the drugs; an adhesive layer(2) for helping adhesion with the skin; a drug saturation layer(3) containing the drugs which are saturated in a crystalline phase or at high concentration in a matrix; a multi-layered or mono-layered drug dispersion layer(4) containing the drugs dispersed in the matrix; and an exfoliation layer(5).
