PURPOSE: A composite material produced by attaching nano tin on metal and nonmetal power is provided to prevent the oxidation of copper while high temperature annealing by blocking the contact of the copper powder and the air by melting the surface of nano particles before annealing the composite material.;CONSTITUTION: A composite material produced by attaching nano tin on metal and nonmetal power comprises colloid including copper powder and nano-tin. The copper powder and nano-tin are mixed in solvent thing same like the alcohol and MEK(Methyl Ethyl Ketone). The ratio of copper powder, nano-tin, and solvent is 49.5:0.5:50 to 35:15:50. The composite material is manufactured by vacuum drying the colloid. The composite material has high conductivity through copper powder. The sintering temperature of the composite material is lower than 160°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
