PURPOSE: A center bearing assembly with a rotatable rubber is provided to commonly utilize a center bearing assembly for various vehicle models by applying the center bearing assembly for various angles of each vehicle model in which the mounting unit and shaft center form.;CONSTITUTION: A center bearing assembly with a rotatable rubber comprises a U-shaped bracket(110), a rubber of a block shape, and a bearing(140). The rubber is inserted in the inside of the bracket. The bearing is inserted into the central part of the rubber. A stopper(117) being projected from the front and rear sides of the rubber to the upper side is formed in the inner lower part of the bracket. A protrusion is projected to the inner side of the bracket from inner surfaces of right and left sides of the bracket. A groove in which the protrusion is inserted is formed in right and left sides of the rubber.
