PURPOSE: An OLED lighting device is provide to prevent the luminance difference between a central part and an edge part by forming a metal pattern included in an anode layer into a grid pattern and an island pattern. CONSTITUTION: An anode layer(20) is laminated on the upper part of a resin substrate(10). The anode layer is composed of a first electrode layer(21), a second electrode layer(23) and a metal pattern(22) inserted between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. An organic layer(30) is laminated on the upper part of the second electrode layer. A cathode layer(40) as a reflector is laminated on the organic layer. A secondary light source is formed on the side of the substrate. A valley pattern is formed on the substrate surface contacted to the first electrode layer. A conductor is arranged in the valley.
