PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive resin composition for a display device, a protective film for the display device using the same, an interlayer insulting film for the display device, and the display device are provided to improve the verticality of patterns.;CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive resin composition for a display device includes 100 parts by weight of a polyimide precursor resin derivative represented by chemical formula 1 and 5-30 parts by weight of a photo-sensitive compound containing a diazonaphthol compound. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are respectively C2-20 alkyl groups or C3-20 cyclic compound groups; R3 and R4 are respectively C3-30 cyclic compound groups; R5 is a hydrogen atom, C1-10 alkyl group, or C6-12 aryl group; l is the integer of 0 to 2; n and m are respectively the integer of 0 to 100; and the sum of n and m is more than 0.
