PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, a manufacturing method thereof, and an image sensor including the same are provided to eliminate light of a visible light area and a pixel using the laminate of a color filter.;CONSTITUTION: A first color filter layer(110) transmits visible rays and IR(Infra Red) rays. A second color filter layer(120) is formed at one side of the first color filter layer. The second color filter layer transmits light in which the visible rays are blocked to one side of the first color filter layer. A color filter layer comprises the second color filter layer. A pixel comprises the color filter layer. The pixel independently distinguishes a signal of a visible ray area and a signal of an IR ray area through signal difference of the first color filter layer and the second color filter layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
