PURPOSE: A waterproofing sheet in which paint is spread and an exposed waterproofing method using the same are provided to maintain a firm fixed state of colored strings on spread on a surface of a waterproofing sheet even in a long period usage, thereby making surrounding scenery of a rooftop tidy. CONSTITUTION: An exposed waterproofing method using a waterproofing sheet in which paint is spread is as follows. A water collecting unit is formed by excavating a part of a surface of a concrete layer(S100). A plurality of guide water paths is formed on the top of the concrete layer(S200). An infiltrating water inducing pipe is seated and fixed in an end of a rainwater pipe(S300). A ventilation unit is formed on a surface of the water collecting unit and the top of the inducing pipe(S400). The surface of the water collecting unit is finish-processed by using a mortar(S500). The water collecting unit finish-processed with the mortar is cured and dried(S600). A work condition for spreading a primer is created(S700). The primer is spread(S800). A waterproofing sheet is fixed so that drainage can be easy by having grooves on the rainwater pipe(S800). The paint of an aqueous or urethane ingredient is spread(S1000). A surrounding of a rooftop is cleaned(S1100).
