The present invention relates to a crack prevention sheet for non-exposure rooftop waterproof construction and a method for waterproof construction using the crack prevention sheet, wherein a method for non-exposure waterproof construction enables: the bond strength of a joint portion, which is the overlapped portion between waterproof sheets, to be improved; cracks, which can occur from a finishing layer that contains concrete and mortar placed on the upper part of a waterproof sheet, to be prevented in advance; and repair work for future water leaks to be carried out in a fast and simple manner. A crack prevention sheet (100) comprises, on the upper side of a waterproof sheet (20) constructed on an upper surface of a base layer (10), a wing portion (120) for preventing cracks of a finishing layer (30) and a rigid vertical part (130) having a structure that protrudes toward an upper direction of said wing portion (120), and said crack prevention sheet (100) is bonded and fixed to an overlapped portion (80) of the waterproof sheet (20) through adhesion by an adhesive or thermo-compression bonding, wherein: said crack prevention sheet (100) is adhesively constructed such that said crack prevention sheet has a structure in which one or more sheets cross each other whereby checkered shaped divisions (200) are formed on the crack prevention sheet (100); and wire meshes (70), styrofoams (60), and finishing layers (30) are selectively and sequentially constructed on the upper side of said crack prevention sheet (100), and said construction is conducted according to each division (200) arranged in a checkered shape.
