PURPOSE: A high-speed roll-to-roll hot embossing apparatus and a process using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing time for a polymer substrate cooling process and a functional film coating process. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed roll-to-roll hot embossing apparatus comprises a substrate, rolls, and a high molecular substrate. One side of the substrate is coated with functional materials. One roll is contacted with the surface of the substrate coated with functional materials. The high molecular substrate is located under the roll. The other roll is installed between the roll and the high molecular substrate and contacted with the roll and nano-pattern is formed on the other roll.
