PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode manufacturing method is provided to transfer a light emitting layer of a desired pattern on a substrate regardless of the uniformity quality of a donor film and to reduce failure rate due to sub-quality of the donor film.;CONSTITUTION: A transfer layer of a donor film is patterned(S102).
