PURPOSE: A method for preparing Adenophora remotilfora extract with improved antioxidation ability is provided to enhance phytochemical content of polyphenol or flavonoid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Adenophora remotilfora extract with improved antioxidation ability and enhanced phytochemical content comprises: a step of treating Adenophora remotilfora by far infrared ray at 70-100C for 30-50 minutes; a step of extracting Adenophora remotilfora by hot water, ethanol, or methanol. The hot water extraction is performed at 30-60C for 3-5 hours in 19-23 ml of solvent per 1g of Adenophora remotilfora. The phytochemical is polyphenol or flavonoid. A inner beauty food contains Adenophora remotilfora extract.
