PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing catalyst for Fisher-Tropsch reaction and a method for manufacturing synthesis gas for Fisher-Tropsch liquefaction are provided to ensure proper liquefaction and to reduce cost for thermal energy which is needed for stream modification. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Fisher-Tropsch reaction comprises: a step of dipping 0.5-20 weight% of active metal in 100 weight% of carrier; a step of drying the carrier at 100-120C for 12-15 hours; a step of plasticizing the carrier at 500-800C for 1-5 hours; and a step of reducing the carrier at 350-800C for 1-6 hours. The carrier is one or more mixture selected from the group consisting of carbides, active charcoals, nitrides, and silicones. The active metal is one or more mixture selected from the group consisting of Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Te, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Cd, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Cd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os and Ir.
