摘要

PURPOSE: A carriage support roller unit and a carriage for a robot transfer including the same are provided to minimize the interval between a pinion gear and a rack gear. CONSTITUTION: A carriage support roller unit comprises a bracket(110), a support roller(120), and a shaft(130). The bracket is composed of a transverse member(112), the first vertical member(114a) of board-shape, and the second vertical member(114b). The first vertical members are projected in both ends of the transverse member and one side of a middle member. The support roller comprises the first, second and three support rollers. The first support roller is installed in the side of the first vertical member to rotate and is touched with the upper side of a rail. The second support roller is installed in the side of the first vertical member and is touched with the lower-part of rail. The third support roller is installed in the lower-part of the second vertical member and is touched with the side of rail. Multiple support rollers and shafts are installed to be separated in a longitudinal direction of the bracket.
