COMPOSITE POWDER COMPRISING OAT ß-GLUCAN AND AVENANTHRAMIDE

PURPOSE: A powder type make-up cosmetic composition is provided to maximize skin moisturizing without decoloration and to express bright make-up. CONSTITUTION: A make-up composite powder contains 1-10 weight% of oat beta-glucan, 2-10 weight% of avenanthramide, 10-20 weight% of dipropylene glycol, 1-10 weight% of silicon, and remaining amount of porous silica. The composite powder is formed by dissolving oat beta-glucan and avenanthramide in dipropylene glycol and supporting the mixture solution into the porous silica. A powder type make-up cosmetic composition contains 5-15 weight% of composite powder.
