PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting and outputting paprika is provided to minimize damage in case of outputting agricultural products and to maintain high marketability. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting and outputting paprika comprises: a main conveying portion(81) which moves a subject to a first direction; at least deviating means(85) which is placed at one side of the main conveying portion and moving the subject to a second direction; and a shock absorbing means(100) which reduces moving speed and shock of the subject and refracts moving direction of the subject.
